Beginners / New Jewellers Summer School - 12th August - 16th August

Our summer schools provide an intensive and in depth week spent in our wonderful workshop. They provide 25 hours workshop time - Monday to Friday 10.30 - 3.30

This level one course is perfect for beginners and early stage jewellers and is modelled on our popular level one six week course. It will build and improve your skills, knowledge and confidence in jewellery making. If you have never sat at the bench or are in the first stage of your jewellery making this course is for you.

Tea and refreshments will be provided but please bring your own lunch. Each day will start with a new technique demonstration and there will be a short project to work on. There will also be time each day to work on your own projects and designs with  support and guidence. We will spend some time in the first session discussing what each student wants to acheive during the week and there will be plenty of space and time to work independantly to acheive these goals.

Monday: saw piercing, filing and textures. Hammers, metal stmaping and rolling mill. Make a pendant and drop earrings set.
