Who is this class suitable for?
Beginners and intermediate makers
What will I make?
You will make a sterling silver bangle complete with a selection of charms.
What will I learn?
You will explore design ideas for your charms, creating a themed set or individual designs. You can use our ideas and templates or come up with your own. You'll leanr how to measure your wrist and translate this into the right size for your bangle, how to form and finish the shape and hwo to solder it securely. You'll learn how to use a traditional jewellers saw to cut and shape you charms and how to file and finsih the edges nicely. You'll learn to use stamps and hammers to add texture and detail and to attach your charms using jump rings so that they move beautifully.
What is included?
All tools, equipment and materials to make one bangle are included. If you would like to make more than one piece extra materials will be available to buy on the day.
